Massage Therapist License

MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT
Individuals or Companies engaging in the practice of Massage shall make an application to the Building Department for Massage Establishment License.

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Individuals engaging in Massage Therapy other than medical professionals, shall be licensed by the Town of Clarkstown. The individual shall submit an application for Licensed Massage Therapist along with their New York State license.
