Moving Forward: The Year Ahead in Clarkstown
The Town of Clarkstown held its annual reorganization meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, marking the beginning of our town’s 234th year since being incorporated
We hope you find the information here helpful and an extension of how we can help serve you better and stay connected.
Clarkstown has much to offer!
In addition to being ranked one of the safest towns in the country, we have various recreational and social opportunities for children and families, top ranked schools, and an active ‘Open Space’ program that promotes open parkland, not overdevelopment. Our Town government, Town employees, and the numerous community and civic organizations that serve our neighborhoods, are vital to keeping our Town vibrant and thriving!
It is my hope that you will share in my vision for continuing to make Clarkstown a great place to live, work and raise a family and I welcome your comments and suggestions to do so. Also, if you are not a current resident, I hope you will visit us soon to see all that Clarkstown has to offer.
Once again, welcome to our site. I hope you find it helpful and informative. As always, if I may be of assistance to you, please contact me directly any time.
Sincerely,
George Hoehmann
Supervisor
